Return Costs

All customers returning items are responsible for the return shipping fees. We advise using a service that provides tracked shipping to ensure we receive your item. Please pay all applicable fees when sending your return, as we cannot cover these costs.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is provided for all original-priced items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with original tags attached. Items must be free of stains and smells. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) for store credit and place a new order.

Faulty Items
Complaints about faulty products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
