Pre-Orders

Each pre-order date is listed in the item's description. Pre-order items will be shipped upon arrival in our inventory. See our pre-order policy here.

Order Processing Times

When items are in stock and not on pre-order, orders generally require 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. Certain items may have extended processing times. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is available for select orders; contact us to inquire.

Do you provide return labels?

No, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you offer international shipping?

We appreciate and value our international customers. However, at this time, DanieleAyele will NOT be offering international shipping. We are currently working on solidifying our process and will provide updates once we are ready. Thank you for understanding.

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Exchanges are not available. However, you can return the item for store credit (non-sale items only) and reorder the correct size.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.
